Coding Guide

This is a comprehensive list of the data elements you will need to enter into PPS for any graduate student employment. Information is available for each of the recognized student employment, fellowship and postdoctoral title codes. Go here if you need help on any PPS screen.

Audit Report Rules

PPS Audit Report Rules contains summaries of the acceptable information which goes into each field of a PPS screen for student employment. Instead of being geared to an individual title code, it shows which entries for that field are appropriate for each title code that requires information in that field.

Academic Personnel Manual

Citations from the UCOP Academic Personnel Manual and the UC Davis Academic Policy Manual. These citations deal with issues of graduate student employment and definitions of title codes.

Policies and Procedures

Policies and procedures related to graduate student employment and student support. These memos and policy statements are in Adobe Acrobat format. You will need the Acrobat Reader installed in order to read or print these documents.

Nonresident Tuition Remission
