  Recruitment Workshop for Program Staff
  Marie Boisvert (from the Office of Graduate Studies) will be facilitating a workshop on graduate program recruitment practices. Expect to brainstorm with your colleagues about what works, what doesn't work, the challenges of big programs and small programs and how to stretch those dwindling recruitment dollars further.
  
  Here’s a small list of some issues to consider:
  Budget
  Housing – student hosts or motel?
  Travel reimbursements
  Meals and entertainment
  Tours
  Packets – materials and freebies
