Bylaws Guidelines

Graduate Council reviews and approves new and revised bylaws. These guidelines were designed to expedite the development, revision, and review of bylaws. Bylaws should be prepared based on these guidelines, with articles appearing in the order listed below to expedite the review process. If specific wording is required, it is noted. Even if there are only minor changes being submitted for review and approval, the Courses and Bylaws Committee will review the entire set of bylaws.
