Study in chemical engineering provides a strong background in modern chemical engineering theory and its relationship to chemical engineering processes. Areas of research include biochemical engineering, biomolecular engineering, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, catalysis, colloid and surface science, computational modeling, environmental engineering, fluid mechanics and rheology, materials processing, nanotechnology, polymers, thin films, process control, process design, separations, transport phenomena, thermodynamics, and theory and modeling.

This is a Departmentally-based Graduate Program.
