Diversity Preview Days

UC Davis offers you a graduate education leading to careers in academia, private industry, research, public service, and the arts.

Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM)

As part of the national focus on diversifying the STEM fields, each fall UC Davis invites prospective underrepresented and socially economically disadvantaged students in science, technology, engineering, and math to attend the STEM Preview Days at the University of California, Davis to learn more about our graduate programs and graduate student services.

The Diversity Preview Days consists of faculty and current graduate student panels discussing tips for matching graduate programs to student interests, preparing personal statements, the application process, and an overview of graduate student life at UC Davis. Additionally, group lab tours and individual faculty meetings will provide you with an inside view of research opportunities available at the campus. Students from historically underrepresented backgrounds are encouraged to participate.
