**All deadlines are 5pm Pacific Time unless otherwise noted**

First Day of Instruction

• Doctoral Candidacy forms due to Graduate Studies for international student NRST waiver.
• Last day to submit a Filing Fee application.
• Last day to submit a Readmission Application.

10th Day of Instruction

• Last day to apply for In Absentia
• Last day to submit a part–time status petition to the Registrar's Office.
• Last day to submit Planned Educational Leave Program (PELP) applications.
• Last day to add courses without a PTA
• Last day for non-registered students to enroll on their own
  • Non-registered students must submit a late-enrollment request after 10th day

25th Day of Instruction

• Last day to submit a late-enrollment request
• Last day for late Grading Option Change Petition (S/U)

Last Day of Instruction (by 12:00pm pacific time)

• Last day to drop courses with a Permission to Drop (PTD) (supporting documentation required)
• Last day to add courses with a Permission to Add (PTA) (if currently registered)
• Last day for Variable Unit Changes
• Last day to submit a Cancellation/Withdrawal Form

Thesis/Dissertation/Final Reports Graduation Filing Deadlines 

Use the table below to help you decide when to submit your thesis/dissertation/ masters report for graduation.  Review the Filing Your Thesis or Dissertation webpage for information about the filing process, formatting, and paperwork. 

Master Report forms, dissertation, required filing paperwork, and signed title page must be submitted to Graduate Studies by 4:59 PM Pacific Time on the deadline.
