Looking for a way to slow down, connect with others, and explore more skillful ways of responding to stress?
Join a weekly, drop-in guided meditation series for graduate and professional students, hosted by the Office of Student Support. No prior meditation experience is necessary, and you're welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as you'd like.
Each 30-minute session will include a blend of instruction, guided meditation, and optional group reflection. Each week we will explore a different aspect of mindfulness and offer simple ways to bring the practice into everyday life.
